30 sit ups
20 press ups
10 pull ups
(1 min recovery)
Shoulder raises 3x10 @ 10/12kg
Shoulder press with bells: 3x5 @ 20kg
Finish with a 5 min run/warm-down
Thoroughly nackered after 1st week back in training.
