- GU1 Strength and Conditioning is proud to become CrossFit GU1, the first and best CrossFit Affiliated gym in Guildford. We are a garage gym specialising in functional fitness using bodyweight movements, barbells and dumbbells. We incorporate gymnastic movements with Olympic lifting techniques to create a fully-rounded athlete. Sport specific Speed, Power, Quickness and Reaction programs can be created depending on your needs.
